Questo sito è puramente informativo: non utilizza cookie di profilazione, strumenti di analisi o pubblicità. Trattiamo unicamente:

• Dati del modulo di contatto: nome e cognome, azienda (facoltativa), indirizzo email e contenuto del messaggio, forniti volontariamente dall'utente.
• Dati tecnici: il provider di hosting può registrare log tecnici (indirizzo IP, data e ora) per motivi di sicurezza.

3. Finalità e base giuridica

I dati del modulo sono utilizzati esclusivamente per rispondere alla richiesta dell'utente. Base giuridica: interesse legittimo a gestire la corrispondenza commerciale e misure precontrattuali su richiesta dell'interessato (art. 31 nLPD; art. 6 par. 1 lett. b e f GDPR, ove applicabile).

4. Destinatari

I messaggi del modulo sono inoltrati alla nostra casella email tramite il servizio FormSubmit (fornitore terzo che agisce quale incaricato del trattamento) e gestiti tramite Google Workspace. I dati non sono venduti né comunicati a terzi per finalità di marketing.

5. Conservazione

La corrispondenza è conservata per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e per gli obblighi legali di conservazione applicabili, dopodiché viene cancellata.

6. Diritti dell'interessato

L'utente ha diritto di ottenere informazioni sui propri dati, la loro rettifica o cancellazione, nonché di opporsi al trattamento. Le richieste possono essere inviate a admin@stcsuisse.com. È inoltre possibile rivolgersi all'Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati e della trasparenza (IFPDT).

2. Data processed

This website is purely informational: it does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools or advertising. We only process:

• Contact form data: full name, company (optional), email address and message content, provided voluntarily by the user.
• Technical data: the hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date and time) for security purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used exclusively to answer the user's enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 31 Swiss FADP; art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, where applicable).

4. Recipients

Form messages are forwarded to our mailbox via the FormSubmit service (a third-party provider acting as data processor) and handled through Google Workspace. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Requests may be sent to admin@stcsuisse.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Diese Website ist rein informativ: Sie verwendet keine Profiling-Cookies, Analysetools oder Werbung. Wir bearbeiten ausschliesslich:

• Daten des Kontaktformulars: Vor- und Nachname, Firma (optional), E-Mail-Adresse und Nachrichteninhalt, freiwillig vom Nutzer angegeben.
• Technische Daten: Der Hosting-Anbieter kann aus Sicherheitsgründen technische Logs (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit) führen.

3. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage

Die Formulardaten werden ausschliesslich zur Beantwortung der Anfrage verwendet. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Abwicklung der Geschäftskorrespondenz sowie vorvertragliche Massnahmen auf Anfrage der betroffenen Person (Art. 31 DSG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO, soweit anwendbar).

4. Empfänger

Formularnachrichten werden über den Dienst FormSubmit (Drittanbieter als Auftragsbearbeiter) an unser Postfach weitergeleitet und über Google Workspace verwaltet. Daten werden weder verkauft noch zu Marketingzwecken an Dritte weitergegeben.

5. Aufbewahrung

Die Korrespondenz wird so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Bearbeitung der Anfrage und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist, und anschliessend gelöscht.

6. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft über Ihre Daten, deren Berichtigung oder Löschung sowie auf Widerspruch gegen die Bearbeitung. Anfragen können an admin@stcsuisse.com gerichtet werden. Sie können sich zudem an den Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) wenden.
